Democracy Rules!!
Recently we have started looking at the purpose of rules and what democracy is. This week we discussed fair trials and the elements that are needed to ensure that a defendant receives a fair trial.
What do you think makes a fair trial?
Dear Mrs Camilleri I am realy enjoying learning about democarcy it is really fun learning about life without rules and our life now with rules. I think a fair trial is when everyone joins into something together and everyone agrees on the rules. I think the soccer game at school was not a fair trial because girls weren't aloud to touch the ball and some girls like to join into the fun the boys. I would like to know more things what other people think about our soccer match? From Olivia.s

Dear 5C,
ReplyDeleteI think the that a fair trial needs to be based on real evidence. If you was put to a trial but was not criminal. What would you do?
