Academic Decathlon
The da Vinci Academic Decathlon is an annual event held by Knox Grammar School. Today our Year 5 team had the opportunity to participate. Our team of philosophers, engineers, mathematicians, scientists, writers, poets and code-breakers did our College proud. Well done Maddie, Abbey, Bri, Teagan, Isaac, Owen, Ian and Paolo. We are so proud of your efforts!

Hi Mrs Camilleri and 5C
ReplyDeleteWell done on a great effort Year 5 for representing our school at the academic Decathlon. I know that you would have given your best and shone! What was the best thing from the day? What is an Academic Decathlon?
Thanks for sharing what you have been up to!
From Mrs Todd
The best thing about it was just being there to represent the school.
ReplyDeleteAnd to answer your question, an academic decathlon is where you have to do 10 events that are all to do with learning.

Hi Isaac,
DeleteI agree it was really fun to represent our school, that school has it's own elevator and a swimming centre. all the questions were really hard don't you think.

Hi Isaac
DeleteI think I would like to represent the school, just asking who was the captain of your team, Paolo said he was the captain. I don't think I would be able to go to the school you went.
